Who's this Geek Anyway?

Wait! I don't just talk about geeky things! I hold a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and nine years experience in the field. Helping others live their best life has lead me to start doing coaching - whether it be life, relationship, or parenting coaching. 

My career focus these last six years has been providing mental health therapy to families as well as individuals of all ages . Throughout the years, I have worked with many adults to help them reach their full potential as parents, by teaching them effective parenting skills - while simultaneously teaching their kids new methods of communication so they can express their feelings, wants and needs more effectively. In the same way, I've worked closely with teenagers and adults to help them overcome their symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. In addition, I have helped individuals overcome obstacles in their relationship journey through couples counseling. Ultimately, through my experience, I strive to create tailor made coaching sessions that will arm you with the tools you need to tackle the challenges in your present, so you will be able to see your future in a positive light.

 Because I believe we are all magical and surrounded by magic. I respect what ever you believe in: God, the Universe, Spirits, etc.; to me they're all magical and all real. I've been learning (we never stop learning) and practicing reading tarot cards since 2014, and I think it's a good tool to guide us on the right path, to help us see what those rocks on our path are, and how to remove them.
