As you probably read in the About Me section on my home page, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida and have been working in the field since 2008. I have worked in two psychiatric hospitals, but I have mostly done therapy with all types of populations and groups in both individual therapy (children, adolescent, adults, and geriatric) and family therapy. I have also worked with couples and helped them work through some of the roadblocks on the path to a better relationship.

I have helped individuals with anxiety disorders (general anxiety, PTSD, etc), depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, amongst others.

I can provide sessions in person or via video call. Each session is an hour long and I charge $80 per session.
